Restoration of Pennsylvania Bible House
We are so excited to have restored this iconic building! America’s first Bible society, founded in 1808 by Robt. Ralston, Bishop White, and Dr. Benj. Rush. In 1812 PBS was first in the U.S. to print Bibles using stereotyped plates which made them affordable and advanced literacy.

This cornice was in dreadful shape! We did extensive wood repair, then a full restoration paint job, including full oil prime coat, caulking, wood epoxy, and 2 coats of paint. We even did roof repair!

Victorian Window Bay Painting & Restoration
This famous row of Victorians seems to get photographed and instagrammed every day! This beautiful home on South 3rd had fallen into major disrepair. The metal bay was completely falling apart in spots, especially the seams, which allow water (and wildlife) to enter.

We were approached to restore these buildings in Old City and we were excited about the challenge! Over 80 windows all needing restoration, a massive cornice, and over 100 shutters!

Charles and Margo have lived at this beautiful home on South 3rd for over 50 years! Historic building with original windows and magnificent cast iron balcony. They put their heart and soul into this wonderful space. It was time to restore the wood and metal to its former glory!
Merion Station

This 1920’s bungalow style house is quite unlike the other houses in the area. We painted the entire exterior, and installed new windows throughout, adding in a 3-panel picture window which opened up the first floor to great possibilities!
